Hospice care helps people with life-limiting illnesses focus on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Our interdisciplinary team provides personalized medical, emotional, spiritual, and practical support for patients and families wherever they call home.
Living with a serious illness can bring symptoms, uncertainty, and difficult decisions. Palliative care provides an extra layer of support focused on comfort and quality of life, helping patients and families navigate changing needs while continuing to receive appropriate medical care.
Mission House provides 24-hour hospice care in a peaceful, homelike setting for patients who need intensive symptom management that cannot be provided at home. The six-bed hospice house also offers short-term respite care, giving family caregivers time to rest and recharge.
When you’re living with a serious illness but aren’t ready or eligible for hospice, the transitions program provides practical and emotional support at no cost. Our team helps patients and families navigate changing needs, understand their options, and plan for the future.
