Pamela Galley has over two decades of healthcare leadership where she has been pivotal in advancing health equity and wellness for broad and diverse populations.
Pamela joined Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan in 2004, advancing through progressive leadership roles and currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Area Manager for the Diablo Service Area. Pamela previously served as Vice President, Continuum of Care for the Mid-Atlantic States and Northern California Region.
As Vice President, Continuum of Care, Pamela created systematic opportunities for Kaiser Permanente to grow as a leading community health consortium. In partnership with executive leaders across regions, she developed and drove the vision for care across the continuum, cultivated a strong partner base, and led large-scale initiatives as a valued partner.
Known for her strategic vision, Pamela has spearheaded collaborations across care delivery and operations, significantly contributing to Kaiser Permanente’s growth and community health initiatives.
In her current role, Pamela serves as the primary chief administrator for the largest service area in Kaiser Permanente Northern California overseeing 3,500 employees and health care for nearly half a million members. Pamela is focused on optimizing performance quality, service, and affordability as key drivers for high levels of customer satisfaction and member growth and retention.
Pamela has consistently established deep trust and integrity among employees, leadership, and stakeholders. Serving as a strong senior-level coach and team leader, she has built top-caliber teams and mentored leaders to think factually and strategically. She holds MA and BA degrees from Chapman University and completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program in 2023. Pamela also serves on the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau Board of Directors, the Innovation Tri- Valley Executive Board of Directors, and the Contra Costa Economic Partnership Board of Directors exemplifying her commitment to community and organizational excellence.
