Family Caregiver Retreat: Painting, meditation, and music

Caregiving can be physically and emotionally demanding and exhausting. To be able to care for others you must first care for yourself.

In the midst of caring for others, take a break and nurture yourself. In company of other current family caregivers, we’ll explore painting, meditation, and music as a means of self-care and relaxation. All supplies will be provided free of charge.

This offering will include:

• An opening guided meditation
• Mandala rock painting
• Guided group discussion
• Live music provided by the Threshold Choir
• Mingling over light refreshments

Please note: This offering will take place in the backyard of Mission House, our hospice house centrally located in Redwood City off Woodside Road. The exact address will be included in registrant confirmation emails.
