Sarah Buck is Chief People Officer for By the Bay Health, Mission Hospice, and Hope Hospice. Buck brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources specialties, partnerships, and leadership throughout diversified industries including healthcare, life sciences, and non-profit. In her current role, she provides HR oversight and leadership direction on all employee impacting initiatives across the greater organization. Buck is known for implementing purposeful, business informed, and engagement driven policies and practices with a commitment to focusing on building high-performing teams to deliver quality services.
Previously, Buck led successful international and West Coast organizational transformations with improved operating models and talent capabilities, while supporting scaling and growth initiatives throughout multiple mergers and acquisitions. Buck holds a master’s degree in industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and will continue to support employee partnerships across the HR function to enhance our mission-driven care.
