Memory Class

Each class will begin with a few minutes of gentle stretching and movement. Instructor Betsy Slavit will lead games and activities to exercise memory and cognition, including name recall, word retrieval, and how to stop forgetting and losing things. The class will conclude with a few minutes of relaxation.
Wheelchair accessible. Students are invited to come at 11:30 for a BYO bag lunch; yoga class earlier at 10:30.
