Dying to Know II: Discussing Death

Mission Hospice & Home Care and the PJCC invite you to engage in a facilitated group “die”-alog. Share in a collective conversation about what it means to us to live well until we die, and what it would look like to die well, as we come together in community to consider mortality and the end of life preparation. The program concludes with a unique mindfulness art exercise with Israeli artists Maya Gelfman & Roie Avidan of Mind the Heart.
